1. Chemical and petrochemical industries
Reactor mixing: In a stirred tank or tower, nozzles spray reactants to create turbulence, enhancing mass transfer and reaction rate, especially suitable for rapid exothermic reactions.
Catalyst dispersion: Spray the catalyst evenly into the reaction medium through a nozzle to avoid excessive local concentration.
Gas absorption: such as mixing exhaust gas with absorption liquid using a Venturi nozzle (such as SO ₂ treatment in a desulfurization tower).
2. Environmental Protection and Wastewater Treatment
Sewage aeration: spraying air or oxygen (such as Venturi nozzle) while stirring the liquid to improve dissolved oxygen efficiency (such as activated sludge process).
Drug mixing: Quickly mix coagulants, pH regulators, etc. to avoid sedimentation (such as neutralization tanks, coagulation tanks).
Sludge suspension: prevents sludge from settling in sedimentation tanks or storage tanks and maintains uniform fluidity.
