Spray nozzles play a critical role in the gas cooling applications. But how to choose one right nozzles in different cooling applications system, it will directly affect how quickly heat is absorbed and where the spray will reach within a given gas flow.

If we use the nozzle to spray into a hot gas, the speed of gas evaporate is decided by spraying droplets, smaller droplets will evaporate far more rapidly that sprays containing larger droplets.
