Daily Inspection of Boyuan Spray
In order to ensure the stability and improvement of product quality, Boyuan Spray has strictly controlled every link in the production process. As an important part of quality control, the inspector is responsible for supervising the production site, checking product quality, discovering and solving problems. 1. First-piece inspection
The requirements for the first-piece inspection of the nozzle are appearance, size, performance, and adaptability.
① The appearance requires that the workpiece has no burrs, uniform chamfers, smooth surfaces, no residual chips, deformation, etc. in the tooth holes;
② The size needs to be measured with tools to meet the requirements of the drawings, and important dimensions need to be re-measured with measuring tools;
③ The performance requirements require the flow angle and injection effect of the product to be measured. We usually use water testers, protractors, particle size detection equipment, etc.;
④ The adaptability requires trial matching with thread gauges, which meet the requirements of ring gauges and plug gauges.
Batch production can only be carried out after the first-piece inspection is passed. If the first-piece inspection fails, the inspector points out the unqualified size to the machine adjustment master, and mass production can only be carried out after improvement.
2. Mass production inspection
5 to 10 samples of each product are sampled each time for inspection, and at least one inspection is conducted every 2 hours. The operator shall inspect according to the company's self-inspection standard documents during mass production. During the entire mass production process, both the inspector and the operator shall be responsible. If any abnormality is found, the production manager shall be informed immediately, and production can only be continued after adjustments are made.
3. Last piece inspection
The last piece inspection standard shall be consistent with the first piece inspection standard. The batch products shall be fully inspected and qualified before they can be put into the finished product warehouse; if any abnormality occurs, the batch products shall be marked and isolated, qualified products shall be traced, all problematic products shall be cleared, and the causes of the problems shall be traced and solved.
