Boyuan Team Building Activities in 2023
In the hot summer, the sun is scorching. In order to enhance the team cohesion and centripetal force and enrich the cultural life of employees, Boyuan Spray held a theme team building activity with the theme of "Boyuan's Seventeen Years·Sincerity Writes a New Chapter·Boyuan Youth·Go Forward" at the Langwei Expansion Camp in Qingyuan Cowboy Valley on July 28.
We arrived at the team building camp at around 10 am. Everyone was in high spirits. Under the sunshine, the smiling faces looked particularly beautiful and handsome. In the laughter, the ice-breaking action of this team building was kicked off.
Life needs a sense of ritual, and work needs a sense of belonging. Under the organization and arrangement of the coach, 6 teams were formed to complete a series of activities such as holding their heads high, working together to race, happy twist, sure win, transplanting flowers and trees, and whack-a-mole.
During the activity, the Boyuan family members were full of energy and fully engaged. The game tested everyone's unity, cooperation and flexible response, and also reflected the Boyuan people's fighting and unyielding spirit.
After the activity, the coach awarded the first place team of the team building activity, and everyone shared the joy of victory.
How can a happy team building be without a cool summer rafting activity! After tasting local specialties such as Qingyuan chicken, we arrived at the second stop of this team building-Qingyuan Gulong Gorge. For this rafting activity, some brought their own water guns, and some brought their own water scoops, all eager to try and prepare for a hearty "war"!
The friends took kayaks down the river, shuttled through the winding river, surrounded by green mountains on all sides, and the oncoming cool breeze and water drops washed away the summer heat during the rafting.
Laughter and screams came one after another, chasing each other and playing in the water.
The exciting rafting in Gulong Gorge also seemed to evoke everyone's childlike innocence to seek fun. In the river, you chase each other along the water flow, and once you "collide" in a flat place, there will be a fierce water battle. The splashing river water soaked our clothes, but everyone was immersed in joy.
"The first section of rafting was so exciting. I haven't experienced such a thrilling feeling for a long time. I felt refreshed. Thank you for the employee benefits given to us by the company.
