The company has moved to a new location and has a large number of new employees joining after the new year. In order to let new employees understand the company and adapt to the work faster, the company's human resources department organized a one-week induction training for new employees starting on March 5.
This training was mainly taught by our product engineer Zhang Huacai and human resources and administrative manager Wang Qingfeng. The training meeting was held in three sessions. The first session mainly trained workshop operators on how to correctly detect products in production to ensure good product quality. The second session mainly focused on the company's development history and corporate culture introduction. The third session mainly focused on the company's 6S safety management standard system and weekly 6S safety management inspection standards.
After three induction training sessions, new employees said that they had a deep understanding of the company's corporate culture and business content and benefited a lot. In future work, we must continue to learn spray professional knowledge and continuously improve our professional skills by reading more, asking more, learning more, and practicing more. At the same time, we will integrate into the big family of Boyuan Spray as soon as possible and continuously strengthen the spirit of teamwork.
