Boyuan and Panasonic First SMT Workshop Intelligent Humidification System Project was Launched
On November 6, 2023, Guangdong Boyuan Spray Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Boyuan Spray) and Panasonic Corporation (hereinafter referred to as: Panasonic) signed a cooperation agreement during the 6th China International Import Expo. The two parties aim to provide high-performance atomization systems for industrial humidification and static removal. Relying on industry-leading energy-saving performance and excellent quality, they are committed to improving customers' production efficiency and reducing environmental burden.
On March 25, 2024, the first SMT workshop intelligent humidification system project of Boyuan Spray and Panasonic was officially launched. The construction address is Dongguan, Guangdong, with a construction area of 750 square meters. It is an electronic workshop with humidification needs throughout the year. The system is simple to operate, can realize real-time monitoring and intelligent adjustment, and the annual gas consumption has been reduced by 77%, from 464,000 cubic meters to 105,000 cubic meters, and carbon dioxide emissions have been reduced by 50%. It saves customers more than 40,000 yuan in electricity bills each year, a year-on-year decrease of 73%, providing users with low-carbon and environmentally friendly spray solutions.
The implementation of this project marks that Boyuan Spray has further expanded its product line in the atomization system, opening up a broader development path for Boyuan Spray. Boyuan Spray will continue to be committed to the research and development and manufacture of green and environmentally friendly atomization products, and work with Panasonic to create a "low-carbon" green ecosystem.
